The Cookie Notify Bar will be showed after the pre-defined delay once the pages is loaded.
In Cookie Notify you can enable Browser Cookies by adding
data-cookie-enabled="true" & data-cookie-name="cookieName" , also show delay can be changed simply by using data-delay attribute.
